The Issue: Internet Vigilantism.

A UK revenge website has sparked a massive controversy.

eBay buyer, T. Sawyer, was allegedly scammed for 375 pounds sterling by a student, Amir Tofangsazan. Despite repeated requests to refund the buyer's money, Amir refused to make reparations for the faulty laptop and dishonest transaction.

Incensed, Sawyer has exacted his revenge by taking the data from the faulty laptop and posting it on the Net. Almost a million readers have seen the revenge website, and now Amir wants to sue for libel.
