America's First File-Sharing Trial: Restarted

Over the last three years, the music and movie industries have filed thousands of law suits against private citizen downloaders. Jammie Thomas of Minnesota is special because her file-sharing case is the first to have made it to federal court. Jammie is being sued for over $200,000 because she allegedly shared 24 songs on Kazaa network.  But in a big surprise, the federal judge has ruled that Jammie should get a new trial because of administrative errors.
