How Do I Clear My Internet Cache?

Saturday August 9, 2008
"Internet cache" is a large store of temporary internet files that you've viewed, and that you may return to see within the next few days. Alas, these cache files build up to many hundreds of megabytes, and can slow your machine down with time. By clearing your "cache", you not only free up hard drive space, but you also speed up your computer and web page speeds. I checked the “empty temporary internet files folder when browser is closed” box in internet options as per your video. However when I start my machine each morning I immediately try the manual delete of history expecting it not to find any but it does. It’s as if the check box is being completely ignored. I use Windows xp with IE7
