If you are a P2P downloader in the USA or Canada, yes, you are at risk for getting sued by the Recording Industry Association (RIAA), or the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA). While the risk of you getting targeted is mathematically slim, the possibility does exist that you could be identified and sued.
