Amir Tofangsazan.

This UK revenge website has sparked a massive controversy. eBay buyer, T. Sawyer, was allegedly scammed for 375 pounds sterling by a student, Amir Tofangsazan. Despite repeated requests to refund the buyer's money, Amir refused to make reparations for the faulty laptop and dishonest transaction. Incensed, Sawyer has exacted his revenge by taking the data from the faulty laptop and posting it on the Net. An estimated two million readers have already seen the revenge website, and now Amir wants to sue for libel. So this raises the question: is public humiliation a fair and legal response to being cheated out of your money? See the Amir revenge website and story, and decide for yourself...

This is exactly what is needed to deter young con men like Amir from ripping people off in future. I only hope that the Amir Tofangsazan of this world consider the effects their criminal actions have on honest law-abiding people because even the meek and innocent, will at some point, strike back. Well done Mr. Sawyer.
Wonderful. In the past, there has been no recourse for those victimized by people like Amir. I feel we all have the right to “fight back” when wronged!
I’m proud of “Laptop Man” for having the guts to fight back.

THE OC FORUM
I have had a good laugh while reading the “Amir blog” and some other postings on the subject of Amir-type internet cons.
Dot cons of all kinds are on the rise, and authorities of all kinds often seem powerless to stop them.
The time has come for an average, law-abiding, honest Joe Blow to fight back.
I have no sympathy for Amir.
I believe he fully deserves the world-wide bad rep he is getting.
Perhaps, in the future, Amir and the likes will think really hard before scamming another decent netizen!
