"Is the New Microsoft 'Soapbox' Truly Dull?"

Microsoft has launched, in a semi-private way, their new video hosting service. As a competitor to Fliqz.com and YouTube.com, this is another option for broadcasting your novelty videos to the world.  Unfortunately, it is getting a big "meh" from About Guide, Wendy Boswell.
